Garlic is good for high cholesterol, colds, yeast infections, etc. etc. etc. <BR/><BR/>Also, you said you were drinking peppermint in your tea? Peppermint has been known to dry up the milk of nursing mothers (all nursing mothers including milking goats). <BR/><BR/>Also a few other herbs, Chinese red yeast rice extract, potassium, vitamin E, valerian root, skullcap, cayenne, evening primrose oil, cordyceps.<BR/><BR/>Check these out with your midwife first, but most of these should be safe. I have used many of them myself.<BR/><BR/>I hope you get things figured out.
