I fell off my healthy eating in late 2005 after suffering PPD after losing baby Morgen. I believe my poor diet in some way causes my hyperemesis with my last child Noah. It lasted till my 7th month. I usually only experience morning sickness and usually recover by 16 weeks.
Just eliminating sugar will make you feel tons better!
Oh..God blessed me with a Champion Juicer. I went to a local thrift store. The juicer, I kid you not, had a price tag of ten dollars on it. The accessories were in a separate bag no where near the juicer for 5 dollars. So I got a Champion juicer and the accessories for fifteen dollars!!!PTL!!!Whoohoo!!

When I am experiencing morning sickness my motivation to eat right wanes. I basically eat what I can keep down. Like crackers pretzels and boiled eggs and OJ. Oh and lemons. I can suck on those all day, they seem to help with the nausea.Angiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09758725434335617325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8966790.post-44877952082062150582007-09-19T11:38:00.000-06:002007-09-19T11:38:00.000-06:00Hello. Just to answer your question about my white skirt, it is tired with embelishments (they hide the mistakes Ha Ha)

I have a 5 mo baby girl who I am nursing & decided to "detox" over the summer. I changed the whole family over to healthy, organic (when I can afford) natural food. 64 oz of water a day was a must. I quit sugar, which was VERY difficult but went to local raw honey and naturally sweet fruits instead. I ate a lot of whole grain fiber which I could tell was "flushing" me out by what was really flushing out if you know what I mean. Other key items were almonds & dried fruit, yogart, lots of fruits & vegies, no red meat other than deer (hubby hunts)I cut out bad fats totally & used good omega 3 items like olive oil. Hubby & I both lost weight over the summer, me 17 lbs of baby weight from the last 2 pregnancies. I did not exercise any more than housework & chasing kids & maintained 2400 calories or so for breastmilk. I never had a drop in supply & baby girl is much happier on the healthier milk. Good luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8966790.post-79777177771980799132007-09-18T18:46:00.000-06:002007-09-18T18:46:00.000-06:00Looks like you have really been busy :) HAHA, lov...Looks like you have really been busy :) HAHA, love the chicken squeezing! Too cute. I love talking to the chickens and walking with them in the yard. They will lay anywhere they find a spot. We clipped wings the other day to keep them in the pen as our acre is not fenced from the hurricane, but some still manage to get out. They stay close, but I don't want anything to happen to them.

Detoxing - stopping sugar will so so much! lots of fruits and veggies. Eating better isn't going to hurt the baby. :) And if your milk seems to start to waver for whatever reason you can start taking brewer's yeast pills. Becareful, you will have milk gallore :)

Enjoy sewing. Wish I had more talent. I do enjoy it.Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05822874225969744249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8966790.post-8823060881102588602007-09-18T15:00:00.000-06:002007-09-18T15:00:00.000-06:00I got my bib in the mail yesterday. I love the look of those dolls I think I will have to order some for Christmas for my two girls. When I was pregnant this last time (as some in the past) I had alot of joint trouble especially in my hips one of the ladies at church who has 7 children of her own (5 boys 2 girls but one of the girls is the 3rd child and the other is the baby and her children are older) anyway she told me to take Salmon Oil. She said that she had joint pain both during pregnancy and after she found that by taking Salmon Oil on a daily basis it really helped and made it so much better. She said when she was prenant before she started taking it there was times she could barely get up and after starting the oil she didn't have that problem. I took it several times and it did help but I am sooooo bad about take things. Just thought that would be something you can try and it's safe for pregnancy and nursing.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01675207393229083822noreply@blogger.com
