....when I said I would be posting less often right now. It has been a whole week. We have been busy around here. Rob has been busy drumming up business. The great thing about having two specialties, is you can always fall back on one or the other when needed. So he is busy working on peoples homes, remodels and the like. We have a company that lays dormant during certain times. Yet we can pull it back out when needed. So the Stucker Construction signs come out of the closet and get put back on the cars and we are off and running again.
It is great for the boys because they can go with him to work. Devon and Seth went yesterday and helped him and Jordan has gone with him today. It is such a blessing when your children become old enough to help you in your work. Rob will have a real workforce in a few years with five sons to help in the business.
He is still waiting to hear from another steel company to see if they are willing to pay him what he is asking. We will see what the Father has in mind for us, because well, that s all that really matters anyway...right?
On to me, we are busy here doing school lessons and and keeping everything in the house running smoothly. I have been SUPER busy (and I'm glad the hard part is over!!) with the sewing business. I moved everything over to a new site. Finished up a new product and am getting to orders as they come in. I still have the toys that I need to get busy on, that will be next weeks task for the sewing room.

First of all, your sewing site looks beautiful! I have my eye of a few buys... :)
It would be neat if Rob would have his own construction business and be self employed! I tend to think it allows more family time. My BIL does side jobs like that and has always included taking his two sons. Even my sister goes and does work on houses. Excellent experience for the boys. Plus they have the energy to do it all!
