How do you......

........cook for someone who does not like ..........

anything with rice
anything with pasta
beans
seafood
mexican food
indian food
home made bread (who doesnt like homemade bread??)
anything with tomato sauces
50% of all vegetables
chicken more than twice a week, or just on a day that they dont want it
anything different or ultra healthy and many other things I'm sure have slipt my mind.

Any ideas would be most welcome! Cooking the Nurishing Traditions way in this house is more than challenging its almost painful.

P.S. This person who we will leave nameless.....is the tallest person in the house, and can not be made to "sit at the table and eat your food....or you will have to wait until the next meal to eat"
UGHH!!

Are you describing some tall person in our house? :) Wish I had an answer. Still trying to figure it our myself. Except I personally do not prefer seafood or mexican (only tacos).

I have no idea:) But was just wondering what the craze is about the Nourishing Traditions way of eating? It sounds quite radical and those tall people are very hard to convince:) :( I am lucky to get my family to eat relatively healthy according to "regular" standarda:)

Would you like to check out my blog? It is invite only.

I would love to visit your blog!

Nourishing Traditions I suppose is just an attempt at taking better care of ourselves. Its not that hard really, just requires some forthought on future meals, and cuts out most processed foods.
