Morning Sickness

I found this little tidbit of AWESOME information at In A Shoes place. The cure for morning joke? Can it really be that simple? So I extend to any of you that are in this season to give it a shot and let us know if it really works!

I have never eaten legumes but keeping hearing a lot about it. Must be good.

That would be so great, because I have been eating beans every day for the last year- they're such a quick, filling protein!

Thank you for sharing! I love beans and I love being pregnant. I wish I were right now for several reasons, but also so I can try the bean remedy!

I am so glad I do not usually have morning sickness and this time I haven't either, Thank you Jesus!!!!!!! I would be interested to know if this works though.

I have found a cure that works for me - protein. Eating protein with every meal or snack (5 or 6 times a day) keeps me from feeling sick. So sprinkle nuts on your ice cream, drink milk like it's going out of style! Besides meat I eat dairy or soy products, eggs, nut products, lentils, flour products, oatmeal, rice, etc. Works like a charm :)
