Side Tracked and Sleep Deprived!

I got a bit side tracked yesterday. My plan was to paint the upstairs hallways. I ended up tearing the old flooring out of our downstairs bathroom and replacing it. It looks FANTASTIC!!!

Before, you can see the ugly, old grey tiles in the back corner.

After, pretty, clean, new wood tiles! I love it!

Its 4:00pm now. I finished the bathroom floor, replaced the toilet seat and cleaned ever inch of the toilet and surrounding walls ( those with boys realize the importance of that last step). I am BEAT. Monday I was woken at 12:30, and could not fall back asleep until 3:30am...I had so much running through my head. Then last night, my poor Seth was up barfing until 3:30am; therefor, I was up again with him. I have had a total of about 8 hours sleep in the past 48 hours and I'm pooped! I will be resting the rest of the evening....except for making dinner, and cleaning the kitchen, sigh...........

You are amazing!!! I have never remodeled a house, nor do I think I would ever be able to and here you are pulling up floors, dealing with insomnia, and sick children. And not to mention painting the entire house!!! WHEW! That makes me tired just thinking about it!

I will keep you in my prayers! Don't forget to take care of yourself!

Blessings!

I am jealous! I want wooden floors and rip out our carpet! Just curious, are they square pieces you put down or strips? It looks amazing good! What a difference it makes.

Sorry Seth was up sick. I hate it when I wake up during the night and my mind will not stop running and keeps me awake. I just know something will happen way too early in the morning for me to catch up on my sleep! Hope you get plenty of rest. Maybe you can order a pizza or something... I wish someone would for me! :)

Oh that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! Duet 5:29
