Blue Bonnets yet again

So the Blue Bonnets are in full bloom right now, and I thought I would head on over and do our yearly pics in them. It seems after reviewing the ones I took, someone was having issues with the sun (I'll give you seven guesses;-) Yes, these are all the pics I took, and no, none of them are worth printing and mailing out to family. Perhaps I will feel like doing it again later on today. Uggh! The trick to good bluebonnet pictures and the thing that tips me over the edge during these sessions is getting the children into the center of the bluebonnets without crushing them. This takes a strong arm as I toss each child in. The good news is I stopped at Braums on the way home and got myself a Brownie Fudge Sundae...I should be feeling better in just a few bites.

Ummm....that brownie fudge sundae sure sounds good!

They are beautiful pictures even if you don't think so. We are just now getting flowers and it is threatening to snow again (snow showers). I just love your flowers!

Blessings!

SO sweet! (the kids AND the ice cream!)
I love that field. Blue Bonnets are one of the best things abour Texas.

I'm looking for a good field full of blossoms to take some photos of my girls. The last blue bonnet photo we took was in 2003. We have had a new baby and everything since then. She's already 2.5!

I love it. Thanks for sharing.

I think the last one is pretty good! They're all adorable - and really, this is the way you will remember them the best! :)
(Can I have a bite?)

I agree, I thought the last one was great! Would you mind if I printed it out to put in our prayer pictures?

I cannot believe how beautiful those blue bonnets are. Are they wild flowers that only grow in Texas? Just curious.

Sure the Brownie Fudge Sundae was delicious! Enjoy EVERY bite!!!

Letisha, you sure can print the picture out, I love your prayer box idea and we need all the prayers we can get ;-)

The Bluebonnets are our state flower and they do grow wild here. I am not sure if they grow anywhere else. They are so pretty. You drive down the highway and they just cover all sides of it. BUT they have a very strong smell, one thats not really sweet. LOL

Oh and I've been meaning to let you know that Robs results came back and out of the 3 sections of the test he passed 2. So he just needs to go back and take that one test again. He of course would have rather of passed it all...but this was still a good outcome.

Great, thanks!

Yeah for Rob passing 2 out of 3. That is not bad!

Well I am in love with Texas blue blomnets!

Oh that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! Duet 5:29
