2 Days To Go

I started drinking my Raspberry tea like I'm supposed to, 3-4 cups a day. It has stopped 95% of the contractions I have been having for over three weeks now, and it makes me super thirsty. I guess all of these things are good?!?

I'm sure all is well, just waiting out those last few days. Who knows the sono may have been off and my momy intuition was closer to the correct due date. Funny how we will bypass our own thoughts and go with the much "superior" knowledge of science LOL.

None the less I have not had one stay in there and not come out, yet, so we'll just wait patiently!

We'll its deep clean Friday, yet again. So I have to get everyone pumped up about it, namely myself. I have the kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry...then there is just all the overseeing and guiding of the rest.

Everyone have a great Friday!

Letisha.....your Baked Oatmeal is getting cold over here.....;-)

Audrey,
Maybe you ought to throw in scrubbing the kitchen floor on your hands and knees in today's deep cleaning. That ought to get the labor started! LOL! (It didn't work for me though!)

I guess it's good that the raspberry tea stopped the contractions, at least you are not in pain. I hope it does help the pain of labor, though.

Have a great day!
Blessings!

Well, I'm sure you were hoping to miss this week's deep clean Friday! :) Rats.
I will pray for your energy as you tackle this task - and I'm thankful for every day little Ava has to grow in the safety of your womb - what a gift.

Oh well.. my kid seemed to like the oatmeal cold anyway. Evidentally, a young boy got into it during the night and I found crumbs, err evidence on the kitchen floor!

Do you like the taste of the RLT? Do you brew a big pitcher of it? I remember seeping (? is that the correct term?) and filling a quart mason jar. That was 4 cups for the whole days worth. I thought the taste was good, different but good. My SIL always added honey to make it a better taste!

When in Feb was your original due date? 4th or the 6th? I was thinking, even with the 26ish your new due date two weeks late would be Feb 9ish. I am sure you will have her by then!

Glad everything is going well.

I'm checking in daily to see when that little blessing makes her arrival! I'm praying that you aren't too uncomfortable, and that your delivery will go well.

I think you'll be holding your new sweet baby soon.

I tend to "cook" my babies a bit "late." My first was 6 days late, second was 8 days late, third was 2 days late, and fourth was 9 days late.

When I hit close to a week "late," I start taking large doses of Primrose oil. :-)

Hello Audrey! It's nice to meet you:-)

I wanted to let you know that I love the look and feel of your site - it is very warm and inviting. I think it might be the color brown. If you were to look at me right now, you would see brown hair, brown eyes, brown shoes, and a brown scrunchie in my hair :-).

I think it's great that you are good at getting rid of stuff. Are you good at completing projects? Sometimes my stuff gets moved to the garage and clutters there for a while until I finally get around to hauling it away!

Take care and I hope you have a safe and uneventful delivery.

Oh that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! Duet 5:29
